AUBURN HILLS (WWJ) – Authorities are investigating after a pilot made an emergency crash landing on Stellantis property on Wednesday in Auburn Hills.
The pilot, a 63-year-old Detroit man, was taken to a hospital for minor injuries, according to Auburn Hills police.
No other people or vehicles were involved in the crash, according to police.
Exact details remain unclear, but police officials say the pilot was experiencing engine trouble.
It was not immediately clear where on Stellantis property the crash happened. It was unclear where the flight had originated from or where the plane was headed.
