Saints head coach Dennis Allen said the rookie corner Alontae Taylor ended up hurting his knee at Thursday's practice and had been ruled out for week 3 at Carolina.
Taylor was thrust into action against Tampa Bay last week following Marshon Lattimore’s ejection and went on to break up a pair of passes.
