For the Krewe of Argus online contest, enter between 12:00am (CT) on Monday, January 26, 2026 through 11:59pm (CT) on Sunday, February 8, 2026 by going to WWL.com/Contests, clicking on this contest's link, filling in and submitting the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per email address per day. On or about Monday, February 9, 2026, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries, and upon verification, receive one (1) ride for two (2), (one (1) winner and one (1) guest (both must be 21 or older) in the Krewe of Argus on Mardi Gras Day, breakfast for two (2) with the Krewe before the parade, Krewe of Argus float costumes for two (2), and beads and throws; total prize value is $1,000, courtesy of Kia of Covington. Winner and guest will be required to sign participation waivers and all contesting paperwork must be received by station no later than 12:00pm (CT) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner to have a valid email address and an email-enabled mobile device. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY OTHER MEANS, AND INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided. If the potential Winner(s) cannot be contacted, or if Contest Administrator does not receive a response from the potential Winner(s) within seventy-two (72) hours of notification from Contest Administrator and/or contesting software: SPARCmediahub, then the prize will be forfeited. If the potential Winner(s) does not complete and submit all documents required by the Contest Administrator within three (3) days of being notified of winning, then the prize will be forfeited.
