Saints running back Alvin Kamara sent out a tweet Thursday night that should certain make Saints fans happy.
The Pro Bowler who is currently on the NFL’s reserve/COVID-19 list tweeted “See y’all Sunday" likely indicating his intent to play in the the team’s Wild Card round matchup with the Chicago Bears.
Kamara who led the Saints in both receiving and rushing this season missed the regular season finale after being placed on the COVID-19 list. However the New Orleans running back is eligible to return Sunday per the league’s COVID-19 protocols.
Saints coach Sean Payton wouldn’t say if he would play the running back in the playoff game even if he is eligible to return, but reports surfaced Thursday that the team had Kamara remotely participating in practice.

If Kamara indeed plays Sunday, it will be one of the few games where all of the Saints top offensive weapons would be available this season as receiver Michael Thomas, who spent the last portion of the season on injured reserve, returned to practice this week.
