First it was Cam Jordan. Then it was Mark Ingram. Now it's Ty Montgomery, the third Saints player suddenly unavailable after a positive COVID test.

The RB/WR's addition to the COVID list came on Thursday, per reports, meaning he'll be out for the Week 14 matchup with the New York Jets.

Ingram was added to the COVID list Wednesday, making it unlikely he'll be able to clear the NFL's protocol in time. Jordan's positive test came early in the week. The veteran said he was asymptomatic, meaning he'll need to log two negative tests prior to the game to return to the roster.

The absences come as the Saints attempt to snap a 5-game losing streak, their first since 2005. It's a matchup that likely represents a must-win for the Saints to remain in the hunt for the playoffs.

The good news: Despite the absences of Montgomery and Ingram, it appears Alvin Kamara will return after missing the past four games with a knee injury.
