NOPD this morning is investigating the murder of a pre-teen girl in the Lower 9th Ward.
It happened overnight in the 500 block of Delery Street. There, police found a 12-year-old girl suffering from gunshot wounds.
"The victim was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead," said police.
Cops say there are two other victims in this shooting -- a 19 year old man in critical condition at the hospital, and a second victim, that investigators identified as an 18-year-old man, who was taken in a private vehicle to a hospital in St. Bernard Parish.
