Homicide detectives with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office are asking for help finding someone they believed murdered a man in Harvey last month.
Nineteen-year-old Justin Smith is wanted that include first-degree murder.
The sheriff's office says Smith shot and killed a man in the 1100 block of St. Michael Dr. on April 23.
