The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for the public to help them locate a murder suspect. Shawn Luke Chiasson is wanted for the murder of Lindsay Williams.
Detectives say Chiasson killed Williams in her home in Marrero on Saturday. He faces a charge of second degree murder.
"During the course of the investigation, Chiasson was identified as the ex-boyfriend of Williams and has ties to the West Bank of Jefferson Parish," said Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman Glen Boyd. "Chiasson is a white male, standing approximately 5'7" and weighing 130lbs."

Chiasson is considered armed and dangerous.
