The “Adam Project” actress took to Instagram to reveal a secret that might make your garden grow with abundance.

In the video, the star can be seen singing to her vegetables!

“Mister Sun, sun, Mister Golden Sun, please shine down on me,” she sings as she checks up on her plants.

She captioned the clip: “Fun fact: singing to your veggies helps them grow.”

It seemed to do the trick because, after a few notes, the greens were standing tall.

She tagged her company “Once Upon a Farm,” which produces healthy, organic, and nutritious snacks for children, which replied: "So THAT’S why our blends taste so good 😏😏."

Garner's green thumb – and love of gardening – was inspired by her upbringing, but she also told Well+Good in 2018 that she continues it for her children, Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, whom she shares with actor Ben Affleck.

"My mom grew up on a little farm in Oklahoma with cows, chickens, fresh veggies — you name it," she said. "Everything they ate, other than sugar and flour, they grew and raised."

"When I was a little girl, my mother always told me and my siblings fantastic, vivid tales of growing up on the farm during the summertime, when they would eat like kings, with fresh produce by the bunches and routine delicacies like homemade ice cream," Garner noted, adding that it’s the “same enchanted love for homemade and fresh that defines how my family lives at home today.”

While Garner’s video was shared specifically for Earth Day, it applies throughout the month of April -- also known as Earth Month, and beyond.
