NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New York City on Monday kicked off Phase 1 of its reopening -- but the future isn't written and the city still has more phases to go.
On Thursday at 1 p.m., 1010 WINS will present the one-hour event "NEW YORK CITY: REOPEN, RESTART, REBUILD," hosted by reporter Juliet Papa.
The show will kick-off with Mayor Bill de Blasio, and include panel members who were part of the recommendations and strategy to implement Phase 1, and who will be involved in the planning of the subsequent phases.
Panelists will include Lorelei Salas, the commissioner of the NYC Department Department of Consumer and Worker Protections (DCWP); Jonnel Doris, the commissioner for the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS); and Dr. Theodore Long, the vice president of Ambulatory Care at New York City Health + Hospitals.
Other guests include Dr. Angela Diaz of the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center; Lisa Sorin, president. of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce; and Melba Wilson of Melbas Restaurant on West 114th Street in Manhattan.
