NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police responded to a reports of people smashing in the windows of the 6 train at the 23rd Street Station in Manhattan on Friday.
The train was held at the station while officials arrived to canvas the area.
One suspect attempted to run away from police and was shoved to the floor and detained.
