Officials said 51-year-old Francisco Rosado was fatally shot by two masked gunmen on Holland Avenue near Mace Avenue in the Allerton section of the Bronx on May 2.

The report alleges the two men in custody were high-ranking members of the Hells Angels, who escalated a dispute over turf after the rival biker gang tried to move into The Bronx.

Rosado, the leader of the Bronx chapter of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, was shot in the head and the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials said the gunmen fled in a blue Jeep Cherokee with stolen plates.
