NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials arrested four people they said threw blue paint on the Black Lives Matter mural outside of Trump Tower in Midtown Friday.
At around 4 p.m. a group of people allegedly threw the paint.
Officials say all four people in custody had blue paint on them.
One woman captured on video hurling paint wore a rainbow flag as a cape with a shirt that read "All Lives Matter."
Another woman wearing a blue baseball cap, black pants, and a blue shirt was also seen tossing paint on the mural.
Chants opposing Black Lives Matter were shouted as arrests were made.
Charges are still pending.
Officials blocked off traffic on Fifth Avenue minutes after the incident occurred.
On Monday, a man was captured on video pouring red paint on the mural.
Hours later, Mayor Bill de Blasio tweeted "The #BlackLivesMatter movement is more than words, and it can't be undone," confirming that city employees had already been repainted the mural.
