NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The 3-alarm fire at 900 East 136 St in the Bronx has been placed under control.
The blaze began at approximately 12:30 a.m. at a recycling plant.
Five firefighters have suffered non life-threatening injuries and four were transported to an area hospital.
FDNY remain on the scene and investigators are working to determine the cause of the blaze.
