WASHINGTON (1010 WINS) -- There's concern at the Pentagon about the current state of American youngsters.
It turns out, 71 percent of young Americans are ineligible for military service.
Recruiters say it could pose a national security risk.
Rear Admiral Thomas Wilson recently raised the issue at a gathering of business and community leaders in Pennsylvania, calling it a 'war for the qualified.'
They also say it's an issue for businesses because the vast majority of that group aren't qualified for any jobs.
