NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Attorney Gloria Allred, held a news conference in midtown on Sunday, where her client Gary Dennis claimed he found an old tape of singer R Kelly with underaged girls.
Gary said he found the VHS tapes in his home in Pennsylvania inside a box of sports tapes.
"He was engaging with these children in sexual, abusive acts." Dennis said.
He also said that he doesn't recognize the girls in the tape and doesn't know how it came into his possession.
"He's tried to think about it and no idea. They're very old tapes." Allred stated.
Dennis says he has passed these tapes to federal prosecutors in Brooklyn.
R Kelly currently faces 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse but denies all allegations.
