New York Comedy Festival

The New York Comedy Festival is a seven-day festival featuring more than 200 comedians performing in more than 100 shows at venues throughout the city. The festival is produced by Carolines on Broadway and whether it features big names or up and coming comedians, any show you attend is guaranteed to bring the laughs. This year features some heavy hitters such as Stephen Colbert, Tom Segura and Trevor Noah.

Winter Village at Bryant Park

Winter Village at Bryant Park is Manhattan’s winter wonderland. The centerpiece is the 17,000 square foot ice skating rink which features free admission ice skating, holiday shops, and a bar and food hall. Bank of America cardholders receive 20% off skate rentals and express skate when they use their card at the rink. This year, you can reserve your skate time online. Don’t forget to bring your own lock!

Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg Winter Market

Brooklyn Flea has grown into one of New York City’s top attractions, operating flea markets every weekend of the year that features over 75 top vendors of furniture, vintage clothing, collectibles, jewelry, and crafts by local artisans and designers. The Flea also operates Smorgasburg’s giant all-food market, showcases the best of Brooklyn’s artisanal food scene.

Wildlife Weekends at Queens County Farm

Wildlife Weekends are packed full of fun for the entire family including pony rides, hayrides, animal feeding, and the always entertaining Frogs, Bugs & Animals Show. Apple Cider Donuts at Wilkens Fruit and Fir Farm

Pumpkin and apple picking season may be over but you can still enjoy some late fall activities at the Wilkens farm. They have three shops open daily where you can pick up some delicious fresh baked pies or their famous apple-cider donuts. There is also a vineyard on the premises. The White Hill Vineyard at Wilkens is a former apple cider bottling plant and on weekends turns into a cozy tasting room for enjoying wine with friends and family.

Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

The holiday season has officially begun in New York City. Celebrate the arrival of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree this Saturday. Celebrate at Rockefeller Center concourse with holiday face painting, balloon art, the rock and roll playhouse and more.  The festivities begin at 11 a.m.
