NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A blind woman claims she can’t use Beyonce's website without help from a sighted person, and now she’s suing the musician.

Beyonce’s company, Parkwood Entertainment, has been hit with a class action lawsuit, claiming the site violates the Americans with Disabilities Act by denying visually impaired users equal access to products and services on offer.

An attorney for New Yorker Mary Conner says his client wants Parkwood Entertainment to update Beyonce.com and be forced to pay monetary damages.

Conner says she has "no vision whatsoever," and her attorney writes in a complaint that "the one and only form of entertainment that truly presents an even playing field between the visually impared and the sighted is the joy of music."

There has been no comment from the singer or her company.
