NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Bronx man was arrested after police say he murdered his mother-in-law.Authorities say Angel Montanez, 39, is responsible for the killing of the 65-year-old woman and have charged him with second degree murder.Police say the victim was found unresponsive in her bed by her 10-year-old grandson in the home they all shared in the Claremont section of the Bronx.
The victim's identity has not yet been released.Medical examiners are currently working to determine the cause of ther death.
