NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Bronx man was arrested at JFK International Airport Friday for allegedly trying to join the Taliban.

The man, identified as 33-year-old Delowar Mohammad Hossain, appeared in court on Friday afternoon.

He was charged with attempted provision of material support for a terrorist organization and is being held without bail.
