Brooklyn karaoke bar shut down after cops find 300 people inside

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The New York City Sheriff’s office shut down a Brooklyn karaoke bar after finding nearly 300 people — including a child — gathered inside on Sunday, officials said. 

Deputy sheriffs shut down The Legend KTV, on 61st Street near Fort Hamilton Parkway in Borough Park, around 2 a.m. on Sunday, the NYC Sheriff’s office tweeted. 

Officials found 281 people inside the bar, including a child, the office said. 

Six people were arrested in connection with the incident, according to the office.
