NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Friday was arraignment day for an ex-New York City police officer accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill her estranged husband and her current boyfriend's teenage daughter.
"She misses her children by all accounts, she is a wonderful mother who has gone through absolute hell," her attorney said.
The 34-year-old allegedly tried to have her husband killed amid a divorce, along with a hit on her boyfriend's 15-year-old daughter.
Attorney James Cousouros was asked if his client was framed.
"The essential accuser in this case is an individual whose credibility will be very credibly attacked," he said.
That accuser is the suspect's former boyfriend. Cincinelli will remain behind bars pending a bail hearing.
