WATCH: Video released of cyclist smashing drive-thru window of Bronx Burger King

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released a video on Tuesday of a cyclist seen smashing the drive-thru window of a Bronx Burger King.

Police say that on August 27 just before 8 p.m., inside a Burger King on East 149 Street, a 19-year-old employee became involved in a verbal dispute the cyclist after he was told that he could not pick up food in the drive-thru on a bicycle.

In the surveillance video, he can be seen holding up his phone then aggressively opening the drive-thru window. 

The cyclist can be seen striking the drive-thru window with a chain, eventually smashing the glass before fleeing in unknown direction.

No injuries reported as a result of this incident.

Police ask anyone with information regarding the identity of the cyclist to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-8477.
