Dog the Bounty Hunter suffers possible heart attack: report

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Duane "Dog" Chapman -- aka Dog the Bounty Hunter -- was hospitalized over the weekend after a suffering a heart emergency, that possibly may have been a heart attack, TMZ reported Monday. 

Doctors are performing tests to determine exactly what happened and if he'll need corrective surgery. 

"I can confirm Dog is under doctor's care and is resting comfortably," a rep for Chapman said. "Thank you for all of your well wishes- keep 'em coming."

Chapman was transported to a hospital from his home in Colorado, TMZ reported. 

This health scare comes just months after his wife Beth died from cancer.
