(1010 WINS/AP) -- Dorian was upgraded to a Category 3 hurricane around 2 p.m. Friday, packing winds of 115 mph, the National Hurricane Center said. It's still expected to further intensify to a Category 4 storm as it heads for the Bahamas, then Florida.
