NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The FDNY's fire marshal was arrested on Thursday following a road rage incident.
Police say that Timothy Gorman, 52, pulled over, got out of his vehicle and punched the driver side window and broke it.
Reports show that the incident occurred at 22 street and 3 Avenue in the Greenwood Heights section of Brooklyn.
Gorman was charged with criminal mischief.
