NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Disgraced former congressman Anthony Weiner was designated a level one sex offender Friday by a federal judge.
He was issued the designation in a court in the Bronx where he is staying in a halfway house after a stretch in federal prison.
Level one is the lowest sex offender designation.
Weiner was convicted for sending inappropriate texts to an underage North Carolina teenager.
