Gag order issued in Roger Stone case

WASHINGTON (1010 WINS) – A federal judge issued a gag order in the case of Roger Stone, a longtime associate of Donald trump.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson made the ruling to maintain the likelihood of a fair trial and to "to maintain the dignity and seriousness of the courthouse and these proceedings.'"


Stone, 66, is charged with lying to Congress, obstruction, and witness tampering in relation to communications with Wikileaks during the 2016 election cycle.

Stone was caught up in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into potential Russian interference in the election.
