Green Giant, Trader Joe's and Signature Farms veggies recalled due to Listeria concerns

NEW YORK (1010 WINS)  The FDA has recalled some butternut squash, cauliflower, zucchini and vegetable bowls sold under Trader Joe's, Green Giant, and Signature Farms labels due to concerns about Listeria contamination.

The products were voluntarily recalled by manufacturer Growers Express, whose plant is in Biddeford, Maine.

The majority of the recalled products have a “Best If Used By” date of June 26-June 29.

The products were sold in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania as well as several other states.

No illnesses have yet been recorded.
