NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A handcuffed man in NYPD custody escaped late Monday morning while he was being escorted into Central Booking in downtown Brooklyn, and as of Tuesday night, he was still on the loose.
Police on Tuesday identified the man as Tyquan Ellison, 20.
He is described as a male, Black, approximately 5'11", 170lbs, with black hair. He was last seen wearing an olive green track jacket with red stripes, light blue jeans, and black sneakers.
Police erroneously said Monday night he had been captured.
His hands were cuffed in front of him.
