NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Residents of Boerum Hill and Carroll Gardens are irate after almost being struck by an ice cream truck.

According to neighbors, the same ice cream truck driver has continuously knocked over NYPD wooden barricades used to block the street off for pedestrians.

Some residents have caught the driver on video.

In one video,  the truck is seen entering westbound into Pacific Street in Boerum Hill on three separate occasions, each time rolling over the police barricades at Bond Street that are part of the city’s "open streets" program.

"I first caught him about six to eight weeks ago. I chased him down on my skateboard to see what his response was," 38-year-old dad Dan told the New York Post. "When I asked him what he was doing, he just laughed."
