NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A federal judge in New Jersey dismissed a lawsuit filed by a former school superintendent who previously admitted to defecating under the bleachers of a high school near his New Jersey residence.
Thomas Tramaglini, superintendent of the Kenilworth School District, had filed a $1 million lawsuit against the Holmdel Police Department, accusing the police of illegally putting out his mugshot after he was arrested.
The mugshot was wildly shared after the arrest.
Tramaglini pleaded guilty to a charge of relieving himself in public and paid a $500 fine.
He was initially placed on administrative leave after being charged, and later resigned.
