NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Bad news, apartment hunters: You're going to have to pay a broker's fee until at least mid-March.
A New York state judge on Monday temporarily blocked a one-week-old rule that barred agents from collecting a broker's fee from apartment hunters.
The temporary suspension was issued after the Real Estate Board of New York and similar groups sued over the rule.
The decision is expected to remain until at least March 13, when the Department of State has to respond by.
