NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police say they've arrested a man wanted for sexually assaulting a teenager on the subway.
Kenneth Kou, 28, allegedly rubbed his body against a 15-year-old girl while she slept on a Queens bound 7 train near Junction Boulevard station last Sunday.
Kou, of Albertson, Long Island, has been charged with sex abuse, forcible touching, and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
