NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man has been arrested following his Nov. 25 tirade in a Brooklyn deli during which he allegedly threw merchandise at a worker because his bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was taking too long to prepare.
Police arrested on Thursday Edilberto Burgos, 24, of Brooklyn and charged him with assault and menacing.
According to police, "The dispute escalated into a physical altercation, at which time the male threw merchandise at the employee striking him about the head and torso causing bruising and swelling."
