NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An 82-year-old man suffered a broken jaw and swelling on the brain after an attack at a Bronx deli.

Cops say the man got into it with another guy around 6 a.m. Monday, inside of a bodega on Webster Ave in Woodlawn Heights.
A guy in his 40s allegedly punched the older man in the face, causing him to fall and hit his head. The suspect took off in a white Dodge van with New Jersey plates. The victim was treated at Montefiore. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.
