NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is on the hunt for a man who used MTA service advisory flyers in an Upper West Side subway station to create a swastika, and affix it on the exterior of an elevator.
Police on Tuesday released video of the suspect in the act, which took place at 6:20 a.m. on New Year's Eve at the 96th Street station.
The suspect then fled, police said.
