NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Brooklyn man has been arrested after slashing his wife and stabbing his daughter twice in each shoulder in a domestic dispute and then setting his Sunset Park apartment on fire Friday afternoon, police told 1010 WINS.
The man then stabbed himself in the abdomen and ran into his bedroom and set it on fire.
The man was arrested and taken to a hospital to be evaluated. The victims were transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn. Their injuries are non-life-threatening.
The FDNY arrived at the apartment and were able to extinguish the fire, which was set shortly before 4 p.m.
