Man stabbed during dispute at Times Square subway station, attacker sought: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man in connection to a stabbing that occurred Thursday morning at the Times Square subway station.

The incident occurred at approximately 6 a.m., on the platform of the Uptown A train, officials say.

According to police, two men were having a dispute when it escalated and one man stabbed the other in the torso area.

The attacker fled the scene and the victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, police say.

There have been no arrests made and an investigation is ongoing.
