The 30-year-old victim was on a northbound 4 train near 33rd Street in Midtown around 5:30 a.m. when he was harassed by the suspect, police said.

The suspect made anti-Asian remarks then grabbed the rider by his wrist and shoulder and tried to drag him off the train, according to police.

The suspect took off and the rider refused medical attention at the scene.

The NYPD released video of the suspect holding a medical mask.
