Report: Bronx ADA arrested in Queens for drunken driving

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman was arrested for drunken driving early Thursday morning after allegedly hitting a number of parked cars in Astoria, Queens.

The woman is an assistant district attorney in the Bronx, WABC-TV reported.


The incident happened at 30th Avenue and 33rd Street in Astoria. Pedestrians tried to stop her, but she fled the scene according to the report.

She was eventually taken into police custody.

As police were arresting 32-year-old Mabel Jimenez, she asked, "What borough am I in?," according to the report.
