NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A thief made his way into a Paterson, NJ deli after cutting a hole in the shop's wall, according to CBS-NY.
Security footage from the store shows a man climbing into the Sweet Cheese Deli through a hole that he cut into a side wall and clearing out the deli's registers. He then escaped back through the hole in the wall.
The deli's manager, Angie Tavarez, told CBS-NY that the burglar took about $2,000 from the tills.
The store next door to the deli is vacant, and police say the burglar broke into the vacant storefront before entering the deli, according to CBS-NY.
Police are seeking information from anyone who recognizes the suspect from the surveillance video.
