NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released surveillance footage Sunday night of a man sought for violently attacking a deli worker in Midtown.Officials say the attack happened around 6 a.m., on April 2 as the 25-year-old victim was opening the deli located at 300 8th Avenue.The disturbing video shows the moment the suspect approached the man from behind, hitting him in the back, in an unprovoked attack, police said.
The victim suffered a cut to the back of his head and was taken to Bellevue hospital in stable condition.
