NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- NYPD Transit Bureau Chief Edward Delatorre has tested positive for coronavirus, sources tell 1010 WINS.
Delatorre tested positive after coming down with a fever last week and was administered a test.
The chief’s fever had subsided as of late Sunday and has been resting at his Bronx home, according to a report to the New York Post.
Currently, the department is been working to determine what employees Delatorre came into contact with while infected.
