According to the report, Henry Vidal, 45, allegedly followed his 37-year-old fiance to her sister’s house, where threatened her and pulled out his gun.
Vidal was arrested on criminal contempt a second time for allegedly attacking his fiance.
In March, a judge issued the temporary order of protection against Vidal after he was accused of pinning his fiance to a bed and kicking her in the leg, according to the Daily News.
At the time, Vidal's wife-to-be was treated at an area hospital for swelling and bruising to the ankle.
Vidal was charged with assault and harassment in the March arrest and ordered to stay away from his fiance.
The officer was also arrested on a DWI charge in 2012 and suspended in 2017 after a shoplifting suspect he helped cuff slipped out of his squad car in Harlem.
