Police break up 75-person gathering at Queens karaoke bar; 2 arrested: officials

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police broke up a gathering of more than 75 people inside a Queens karaoke bar early Monday morning before arresting two of its managers, authorities said. 

Deputies from the city’s Sheriff’s Office found more than 75 people gathered inside SOHO KTV & Bar on Farrington Street, at the corner of 32nd Avenue, in Flushing, early Monday morning, the office tweeted. 

Two of the bar’s managers were arrested and charged with “multiple alcoholic beverage control law offenses,” as well as violation of New York state’s COVID-19 executive orders, according to the tweet.
