NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police have charged the Staten Island driver of a New York-bound charter bus in a deadly crash in Virginia Tuesday morning.
Yui Man Chow, 40, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter Tuesday afternoon.
Two passengers died when the bus from Orlando, Florida, overturned on an I-95 exit ramp near Kingwood in Prince George County, according to police.
Dozens of other passengers were hurt, some seriously, police said.
A total of 57 people were on the Tao's Travel Inc. bus at the time.
The driver wasn't hurt, according to police, who haven't said what may have led to the crash.
