Police search for suspect after finding man dead, with neck stabs in building stairwell

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police say they found a man dead with stab wounds to his neck in the fourth-floor stairwell of a Bronx apartment building on Sunday.

Police responded to a 911 call of a male assaulted inside 3677 White Plains Road in the Olinville section of  the Bronx and found 30-year-old O'Brian Maxwell lying unconscious and unresponsive with trauma to his neck.

EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased on scene.

NYPD has released a photo of the suspect who is described as a black male in his early 20's who was last seen wearing a red tank top with numbers on the front, black pants with a white belt and black and white Adidas flip flops.
