NEW YORK (1010 WINS) Allison Spence, 44, of Queens has been sentenced to 2-to-8 years in prison for manslaughter in the death of 31-year-old Lathesha Bynum of Harlem.

Bynum died after receiving an illegal silicone butt injection from Spence.

Bynum’s mother, Bertie, was there for sentencing and said, "You texted my daughter, ‘Oh, the doctor said, bring in a big tip.’ I guess you did. The biggest one both of you all got: Her life.”

The medical examiner determined Bynum died when silicone entered her bloodstream and blacked her arteries.

Prosecutors say Spence and Kevin Richardson raked in thousands performing cosmetic procedures at a now-closed clinic in Gramercy Park.

Richarardson was sentenced to 4-to-12 years last September after pleading guilty to manslaughter and other charges.
