Kraft was charged with two misdemeanor counts of solicitation of prostitution in a wide-ranging investigation into human sex trafficking.

Kraft pleaded not guilty last month.

The agreement offered to Kraft and other men charged with soliciting, would require that they admit they would have been found guilty at trial, the Wall Street Journal reports.

According to the report, the agreement also requires an education course about prostitution, community service, screening for STDs, and payment of court costs.

The men were charged in connection with a multi-city investigation in South Florida. Kraft allegedly received sex acts while visiting the Orchids of Asia Day Spa. Prosecutors say the acts were caught on camera.
